The Human Resources Policy we implement in our company is to increase the performance of our employees and to evaluate the performance of our employees objectively with common principles. In our business planning strategy, the goals expected from the employee are determined with the Goal Setting Strategy in individual and collective interviews at the beginning of each working period. The realizations of these targets are monitored periodically throughout the year. At the end of our study period, the extent to which the goals have been achieved is determined.
